Provide accurate contact details and keep your password private. Your account and course access are for your personal use. You are responsible for activity on your account; contact support if you suspect someone else has access.
Courses and access
Read the course page before buying, including its modules, content and availability. Some courses have a short intro video you can watch with an account. Paid lessons become available after the team confirms payment. Once your payment is approved, the course stays in your account for your personal use. A pre-ordered course opens when it is released.
Teaching materials are provided for revision. UniMate is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Coventry University or The Knowledge Hub Universities. We do not guarantee an exam result.
Payments and order review
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Use only the current InstaPay or Vodafone Cash details displayed at checkout, pay the quoted total and upload a genuine receipt. Submitting a receipt creates a request for manual review; it does not itself confirm payment.
The dashboard shows the decision and any rejection reason. If you transferred money but cannot access a course, or need a correction or refund, contact support with your order reference. Do not send another payment for the same order while the team investigates.
Respect the content and community
Do not share accounts, redistribute recordings, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, submit false receipts or misuse support. Videos use access controls and a personal watermark. Downloads for offline use are not provided. Access may be restricted while misuse is investigated.
Teaching and ambassador applications
Applications are reviewed by the team. Submitting an application does not create a teaching or ambassador appointment. Course responsibilities, discounts, commission and payout terms are agreed and managed through the team and your dashboard after acceptance.
