Information you provide
We use your name, email, phone number and programme details to manage your account and communicate with you. Orders include the courses, amount, payment method, transfer reference and receipt you submit. Teaching and ambassador applications include your answers. Support stores the conversation and any feedback rating you choose to send.
Learning and account activity
Your lesson progress and notes help you continue studying. Account sessions, access records and security limits help protect the service. A personal watermark displays account information in the course player to discourage redistribution.
Who can access it
UniMate uses Appwrite for accounts, database records, file storage, server processing and email delivery. Staff access is limited by their assigned responsibilities. Instructors and ambassadors receive the course and earnings information needed for their roles. Private receipts and support conversations are restricted to your account and authorised staff.
Google sign-in and browser storage
If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and Appwrite manages the resulting UniMate session. The browser stores the session and preferences such as your theme, cart and upload progress. Upload progress helps resume an interrupted video transfer; selecting the same local file is still required.
Email and retention
We send operational messages such as verification links, order decisions, application results and support replies. Account, financial and security records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations.
Your questions and requests
You can update your profile in the dashboard. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, write to support@unimate.courses or use support. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before changing private information.
